Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run your page and bill you, and nothing else. We do not sell your data. We do not store the IP addresses of people who visit your page. You can ask us to delete everything by emailing info@courtrightco.com.

AllOneTap is operated by Courtright Collective LLC, 110 Luyben Hills Rd, P.O. Box 102, Kingston Springs, TN 37082.

• Your email address — this is how you sign in. We have no password to store because there is no password.
• Your page content — the titles, descriptions, links, colors, and business details you enter. This is public by design once you publish.
• Images you upload — logos, avatars, and product photos. These are served publicly on your page.
• Billing information: paid plans are billed through your Belnoda account, with Stripe as the payment processor. Stripe collects and stores your card details; neither AllOneTap nor Belnoda sees them. We keep your plan.

So you can see whether your page is working, we record a small amount about each visit:

• that a page or a specific link was viewed or tapped, and when
• the referring website’s domain, if any — for example that someone arrived from Instagram
• the visitor’s country
• a broad device category, such as mobile or desktop

We do not store visitors’ IP addresses, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors or track them across other websites. There is no advertising network on your page.

• To operate your account and publish your page — without this there is no service.
• To show you analytics about your own page.
• To take payment and manage your subscription.
• To email you about your account, such as a sign-in link or a failed payment.
• To investigate abuse and keep illegal or deceptive pages off the platform.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

These companies handle data on our behalf, each for one purpose:

• Supabase — database and sign-in
• Cloudflare — hosting, page delivery, and image storage
• Belnoda: billing for paid plans, through your Belnoda account
• Stripe: Belnoda’s payment processor, for payments and card details
• Resend — transactional email
• Anthropic — the AI page builder, when you choose to use it

If you use the AI builder, the website address you give it and the text extracted from that page are sent to Anthropic to generate your draft. Do not paste anything confidential into it.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. There are no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies, on your dashboard or on your public page. That is why you will not see a cookie consent banner.

• Account and page content — until you delete it or close your account.
• Detailed visit records — deleted after 90 days. Daily totals are kept longer so your analytics history does not vanish.
• Billing records — retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@courtrightco.com and we will respond. Deleting your account removes your pages, blocks, and uploaded images. Billing records we are required to keep are the exception.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will honour those requests through the same address.

AllOneTap is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle your data in a material way, we will email you before the change takes effect. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
