Who we are
AllOneTap is operated by Courtright Collective LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. You can reach us at info@courtrightco.com or by post at 110 Luyben Hills Rd, P.O. Box 102, Kingston Springs, TN 37082.
“We” and “us” mean Courtright Collective LLC. “You” means the person or business using the service.
What the service does
AllOneTap lets you build a public web page holding your links, business hours, contact details, and what you sell, and share it at a single address. Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. We may add, change, or remove features.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. One person or business per account.
You are responsible for everything published from your account, including anything published by someone you have given access to.
What you may not publish
Your page is hosted by us on a domain we own, so what you put on it affects other customers. You may not use AllOneTap to publish or link to:
- anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity
- material that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
- phishing pages, malware, or attempts to deceive people into giving up credentials, payment details, or personal information
- content impersonating another person or business
- sexually explicit material, or content harmful to children
- harassment, threats, or incitement to violence
- schemes designed primarily to manipulate search rankings
We may remove a page or suspend an account that breaks these rules, without notice. We do this to protect the other businesses on the platform: if our domain is flagged for hosting a scam, every customer’s page shows a browser warning. If we suspend you and you think we got it wrong, email us and we will look again.
Your content stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload — your text, images, logos, and links. You give us permission to store, copy, and display that content only as needed to run the service: serving your page to visitors, caching it, and backing it up. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
Paid plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through your Belnoda account, as part of your Belnoda subscription. Stripe is the payment processor; neither AllOneTap nor Belnoda sees or stores your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
Prices are listed on Belnoda’s pricing page at belnoda.com/pricing, shown exclusive of tax; sales tax is added where required. Prices may change, but not for a period you have already paid for, and you will be told before a change takes effect.
If a payment fails, Belnoda retries it and emails you. If it still fails, the paid plan ends and your AllOneTap account returns to the free plan.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your Belnoda account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep your paid features until then.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused time. If something has gone genuinely wrong on our side, email us and we will sort it out.
Dropping to the free plan does not delete anything. Pages and blocks beyond what the free plan allows become read-only rather than being removed, so nothing is lost if you upgrade again later.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account and delete your data by emailing info@courtrightco.com. Your published pages stop working when the account closes. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
Availability
We work to keep AllOneTap running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service level agreement. Maintenance, outages at our providers, and problems outside our control can all affect availability.
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and both of us agree to that jurisdiction.
